Future Changes

Yahoo! Search Marketing
Yahoo! Search Marketing are soon to change their bidding model from the one described above. They are to move more towards the Google model, by also taking the click through rate into account.

MSN
MSN currently display the paid search results from Yahoo! Search Marketing (YSM). They are soon to replace this with their own new system called AdCenter. The exact timing of this change is till uncertain, however it is likely to be early 2007. When this happens, the traffic volumes available from YSM are likely to be significantly reduced, therefore YSM are currently forging new partnerships to further develop their content partner network for contextual advertising.
